This two?week clinical ENT rotation introduces fifth?year medical students to the principles, practice, and common clinical presentations of Otolaryngology. Students gain hands?on experience in ENT outpatient clinics, master focused ENT history taking, perform essential examinations including otoscopy and nasal examination, and learn to recognize common and urgent ENT conditions.
The rotation aims to strengthen students? ability to interpret clinical findings, prepare differential diagnoses, and understand when referral to specialized care is required. Students actively participate in clinics, morning reports, bedside teaching, and seminar presentations supervised by ENT consultants.
Final examinations occur every two weeks for each rotation group (or every four weeks for combined groups).
