This lab introduces students to the psychological skills which may be useful in treatment situations. The component also aims to introduce the student to the basic techniques of counseling. It will also provide an opportunity to explore counseling styles which may be applicable in a treatment situation. The aim of the Lab. Work component is to put into practice knowledge from concurrent learning, as well as to develop and reinforce the therapeutic skills of the student.
