This course provides practical clinical skills in the physical disability occupational therapy practice area, including assessment and treatment skills for most common physical dysfunctions affecting occupational performance among adults. Practical skills training may include simulated clinical scenarios, videos or role-playing or observing actual therapy sessions. This lab demonstrates evaluative and therapeutic techniques of the various frames of reference when dealing with Stroke, Traumatic brain injuries, Spinal cord Injuries, Hand injuries, Neurodegenerative diseases, Fractures, & Rheumatology.
