This undergraduate course provides basic understanding of the laryngeal anatomy and phonatory physiology, etiology and classification of dysphonia, comprehensive voice evaluation, and evidence-informed management of functional, structural, neurological and age-related voice disorders. Learning emphasizes clinical reasoning, patient-centered outcomes and medically appropriate referral.
