This course aims to provide students in the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences with a fundamental understanding of human pathology. The first part of the course covers general pathological concepts, including cellular responses to stress and injury, inflammation, tissue repair, neoplasia, and hemodynamic disorders. The second part introduces students to systemic pathology, focusing on the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical features of a wide range of diseases affecting various systems of the human body, including the blood vessels, heart, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, and other organ systems.
