This course examines the theories and techniques related to urban planning. Earlier and recent theories of land use distribution, system operation and change, and city form should be explored. Also, examines the uses and concepts of different quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques for the plan formation, analysis, forecasting, and evaluation stages of the urban planning process.
