This course examines the transportation planning process and its development in which recognizes the interrelationships between urban land use and transportation. The process begins with the stage of data collection and ends with evaluation and implementing the best attractive transportation proposal. The students are expected to understand the nature, element, and methods of estimations of the transportation demand and how this is fulfilled and related to comprehensive urban planning.
