This 3-credit hour course is designed to provide the students with measures used to assess a patient?s health status in areas such as quality of life, functionality, and behaviors using several validated survey tools. PRHO provided by patients before, during, or after an illness plays a significant tool in assessing the outcomes from a patient?s perspective and the impact of the intervention.
