This course consists of a series of lectures that deal with the fundamentals of the production, interaction of x-rays followed by the basics of radiation biology and radiation protection, production of the radiograph, vision and perception. Additionally, the radiologic appearances of normal structures and disease processes and specific diseases of concern to the dentist will be covered. The various imaging methods of investigation such as Cone Beam CT and MRI, etc will be also discussed.?
There will be a hands-on part of how to reconstruct CBCT data volume and looking for the common findings and planes.
