A theoretical 2-hour course designed to provide postgraduate students with a detailed knowledge of the major aspects of pediatric dentistry, which includes: examination of the child patient, Caries Risk Assessment& Treatment Planning, evidence based dentistry, preventive therapy, restorative therapy, pulp therapy, local anesthesia, extraction, periodontal diseases, and behavior management. The course is carried out in a series of 16 two hourly seminars in which one of the topics is discussed, presented and the related relevant and recent literature is reviewed.
