Learn aircraft anatomy and study the theory of objects moving through the air. Understand the physics of the atmosphere. Aerodynamics examines the aircraft, and the relative wind, and supports an understanding of aircraft systems involved in lift, thrust, drag, and weight coupled with the theory of flight and flight stability. The science of flight forms a major study and research project based on the application and fundamentals of the equation of flight. This course underpins courses taught later in the system's subjects.
