It explores human capabilities and limitations, including cognitive processes, fatigue, stress, communication, and teamwork within maintenance environments. The course emphasizes error management, situational awareness, and the development of a strong safety culture. Students analyze real- world case studies to understand how human factors contribute to incidents and how such risks can be mitigated through proper procedures and organizational practices in accordance with EASA Module 9.
