This course will provide the information required to produce monoclonal antibodies and to prepare them for use in a given application. The procedures are dealt with in chronological order starting with basic tissue culture techniques, immunization strategies and screening test design, followed by hybridoma cell lines and basic monoclonal antibody characterization, purification and labeling.
