Abstract:  

The advent of the VLSI technology provides an opportunity for significantly increased efficiency of Residue Number Systems. RNS is conductive to the main VLSI design properties and features[1]. Nowadays, RNS multipliers are available, including look-up table multipliers, index transform multipliers, and Galois field mulitiplier[2].
