Abstract:
What makes TSCs (Transparent solar cells) special is their ability to absorb and utilize unwanted light energy such as ultraviolet and near infrared light. Combining TSC with a regular PV cell can harvest the entire light en-ergy, however there are certain design limitations that must be considered. The primary objective in this paper is to acknowledge and analyze the primary con-ditions in order to achieve the highest efficiency regarding the combination of TSC and a PV cell.
