I hereby certify that all the information in the application is correct and true to the best of my knowledge and I bear the responsibility of any intentional or unintentional mistakes. The university has the right to contact whoever concerned to verify the authenticity of the certificate and has the right to cancel student’s admission and registration and transferring the applicant to the public prosecutor in case any forgery is proven without being bounded to a period. In this case, the student bears all the fees paid.
